Black & White Peppercorns

Ceylon peppers are known as the “KING OF SPICES” and considered as one of the most important spices in the world. Pure, whole and high-quality peppercorns have more floral, spice and fruity notes. They are more aromatic compared to general ones. The difference between black and white peppercorns is mainly due to the way of processing them. Black peppers are dried right after picking them and the outer layer is removed to create the white peppers before or after drying. Also, in flavour white peppercorns are much hotter than the black. Both are packed with tons of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Suggested uses: Add few to your roast. If you make Chai-latte at home add a couple. It goes with everything.
