Ceylon Curry Leaves
Almost every house garden in Sri Lanka has a curry tree and we call it “Karapincha”. It doesn’t need much love, but it grows better in the sun. Our curry leaves are hand-picked and dry freeze on the same day to lock in the aromas and the freshness. Don’t get mixed up with the curry leaves and curry powder as they are not the same. Ceylon curry leaves will give you that final oomph to the dish by adding a great aroma. Curry powder is a mixture of spices.
