Each Ceylon35 cinnamon sticks are pure Ceylon True Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum) and that’s it. A warm floral note with hints of heat and the flavour tends towards vanilla. True Ceylon cinnamon is milder but possesses a deeper cinnamon flavour compared to its cousin Cassia cinnamon.

Suggested use: One of the staple spices in Asian cuisine. You can add flavour to your tea, mulled wine or Cider. Simmer half a stick with your oatmeal in the morning or throw a stick into your slow cooker with your meat. It goes without mentioning the desserts and the list goes on.
